Undercoat Floor Seal is an emulsion floor seal that is hard wearing and crystal clear. It will stand up to heavy traffic without fracturing. It is non-flammable, nontoxic and quick drying and is used as a foundation undercoat prior to the application of floor finish on heavy traffic areas or porous or badly worn floors. N.B. Superseal cannot be removed with conventional floor stripper and should be used with care

• Gives a greater depth of gloss to emulsion polish when used as an undercoat
• Used as a pore filler for worn, old or porous floors
• Can prevent dusting on cement and concrete floors
• Cannot be removed by ordinary polish strippers APPLICATION Superseal can be used on wood, cork, concrete, porous composition floors, linoleum, vinyl unglazed tile, quarry tile etc.
Ensure all stains and marks are removed. Ensure floor is free from all soiling and old coats of polish. If old emulsion polish remains strip using Superstrip or Strip Free. Following the procedure outlined in the use instructions, when all polish is completely removed, rinse floor with clean water, pick up and allow to dry thoroughly. Apply two coats to the floor surface using an applicator or micro fibre flat mop, allowing the first coast to dry thoroughly before applying the second. Superseal will dry to a clear semi matt finish that can be further enhanced with Xtra Floor Polish or Hyflex. Superseal cannot be removed by ordinary polish strippers, therefore care must be taken before applying. Coverage rate is dependent on the floor condition and type. Approx. 40 - 50 sqm per 5L container is average on a porous floor. When used as an undercoat: 100 to 150 sqm per 5L. SUPERSEAL FLOOR SEAL Undercoat Floor Seal
